The Libertarians Motorcycle Club (LMC) has launched its new website LMC3.org. The club’s mission, We, the Libertarians Motorcycle Club, will actively defend the US Constitution, work to restore the original philosophy and governance set forth by the Bill of Rights, and zealously expose the difference between true freedom and the illusion of freedom.
Formed over 11 years ago, the LMC describes itself as a group of men who are libertarian-minded, legislatively active, family-first motorcycle enthusiasts. The club is of the belief that societies and governments infringe on individual liberties whenever they tax wealth, create penalties for victimless crimes, or otherwise attempt to control or regulate individual conduct that harms or benefits no one except the individual who engages in it.
When it comes to political affiliation, the LMC is clear. As stated on their home page, The LMC is not an extension of the Libertarian Party. While individuals may be members of the Libertarian Party, this is not a requirement of the club. We share many beliefs, but our choice of the name 'Libertarians' is a reflection of our shared love of libertarian philosophy, not political affiliation. Members of the LMC clarify that the partisan division in this country created the current mess we are all in. The club is focused on who created that division. This requires that their members not to look at the diversion of the illusionist, but examine the hand he doesn’t want you focused on, so the point of focus is completely different. The Real News tab appears to support this, but club members reiterate that they believe in preserving the individual over collectivist ideology and that to sustain liberty, the people must understand it, recognize threats to it, and protect it.
The LMC started their new website to support motorcyclists' rights through legislative efforts, conduct benefit rides, support memorial services, and veterans' issues such as homelessness, food insecurities, transportation, suicide prevention, and VA benefits.
The club has served 22,000 plates and collected over three tons of food for local street feeds. However, their main focus is restoring and protecting the original Bill of Rights. When asked about the three percent (3%) tag, the LMC is quick to point out another disclaimer, which states, While the LMC is not under the umbrella or control of any national, state, or local 3% organization, we are active 3%ers, dedicated to the preservation of individual rights, regardless of race, national origin, or any other group someone identifies with.
We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
Thank you in advance for sharing.
